Dallas Texas No Credit Check Auto Sales For Drivers With Bad Credit
Monday, November 29th, 2010There are many more ways to finance a used or new car than people think, and no credit check auto sales have long been a resource for people with bad credit to get car loans approved. Dallas Texas used car dealers will some times provide this sort of “in house financing” to it’s clients when they can meet certain conditions. This usually entails a three to four thousand dollar down payment for a clean used car that will be dependable enough to get you to and from work each day. Typically you will see signage on their car lot advertising “Buy Here Pay Here”, “Second Chance Finance”, or even “We Tote The Note”, and these all mean the same thing.
Obtaining a no credit check auto loan is easy, as long as you have a steady job, a permanent residence, and proof of identification through having a valid Texas driver’s license, and about a half a dozen family and or personal references that you do not have at your home address. Many times they will call and talk to your employers, namely your supervisor to ask about your character, and how stable your job is at the current time. This will preclude the need for them to run a credit check of any sort, but recently some have started running criminal background checks to ensure they are not selling a car to a violent criminal, or a person that has a high risk of going back to prison soon.
A no credit check car loan is not the same as getting a car financed through conventional auto finance lenders like GMAC, or Capital One. They handle everything in house, and are much quicker to repossess your vehicle if you are late on a payment, than standard car loan companies will normally. To a degree they actually depend on people defaulting on their loans to only resell the same vehicle in the same circumstances once again.
You will need to call the car insurance lady to obtain new liability or full comprehensive auto insurance coverage before leaving the Dallas used auto dealer’s lot, and they will be apprised by the insurance company if you drop the policy. Usually this will create a situation that you agree to in the sales and used car loan contract that this puts the car in default. So be sure and keep your payments up, and this will keep the repo man away from your new to you used vehicle.
